About GCS

GCS Support Limited is a healthcare and cleaning service provider based in Reading, Berkshire. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, flexible, and consistent care and cleaning services. With a combined 80 years of experience, our management and clinical teams bring deep expertise in both care and cleaning. While we provide a wide range of care services, we place a special focus on supporting individuals with dementia, Alzheimer’s, older people, and younger people with PDA in autism.

We support individuals in their homes, whether for respite care, day centre visits, short breaks, or social and recreational activities in the community. In addition, we provide tailored support to organisations such as nursing homes, care homes, hospitals, and schools, offering skilled nursing staff, support workers, healthcare assistants, and reliable domestic cleaning services.

At GCS Support Limited, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care and dependable cleaning services. Our dedicated clinical managers and cleaning supervisors are committed to meeting the diverse needs of our clients. Although based in Reading, Berkshire, we serve a broad area along the M4 and M3 corridors, covering Hampshire, Surrey, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, and Berkshire, with plans to expand further as we grow.

We are in this industry because we care. Our strengths lie in reliability, 24-hour cover, value-for-money services, quality assurance, and thoroughly vetted, competent staff, all supported by full management oversight.

Our office is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and we also operate a 24-hour on-call service, seven days a week.
